Facility Overview
State-of-the-art training environment designed for athletic excellence
Strength Training
Professional-grade strength and conditioning equipment for all training levels, from foundational power development to advanced athletic performance.
Speed & Agility
Specialized training areas for acceleration, footwork, lateral movement, and competitive agility development designed for youth and elite athletes.
Performance Testing
Force plates, jump testing and laser timing, so progress on speed and power is measured rather than guessed. Swing work and exit velo testing happen with their partner coaches.
Convenient Location for Greater Boston
Parsons sits on Route 1 in Norwood, a short drive from Dedham, Needham, Westwood, Walpole, Medfield and Newton, the towns they list as their service area.
Training runs on weekday afternoons into the early evening, plus Saturday mornings, which fits around the school day. Whether you're looking at youth speed and agility work or strength training for high school baseball, check current hours with them before you go.
